If you are experiencing difficulties with family matters, finances, health or well-being, we are here to support you. We have trained staff that can advise and direct you to the appropriate place for extra support.
We have included a list of groups below for your reference, or you can contact the school on 01326 373290 or email hello@penrynprimary.org and ask to speak to Miss MacLachlan, our Parent Support Advisor or Mrs Fox, our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator.
Staff within the Early Help Hub will decide whether the child/young person is eligible for support and which service is most appropriate. This can include support from health visitors, school nurses, family workers, youth workers and other specialists teams.
Outlook South West - provides primary care mental health services to people aged 16+ who are registered with a GP surgery in Cornwall.

We are With You - is a charity providing free, confidential support to people experiencing issues with drugs, alcohol or mental health.

Support within the community
Chaos Café - CHAOS offers people the opportunity to access an innovative day care service whereby they volunteer as part of a team in our cafe. As part of the opportunity we deliver problem solving activities, confidence building and support with budgeting and general life skills. If appropriate, people can access additional employability support.
The Dracaena Centre - A community hub based in Falmouth offering support in all areas of family life.
